you'll try to capture a rythnm but it always slips right out through your hands.

You don't understand why it is I do the things I do. I could say the same for you until our faces all turn blue.

Clementine 03:04
Perhaps I'll draft a symphony detailing what's grown cold in me. A orchestra of muted brass will hammer out all the tits and tats that lead me down this garden path to a tenement made of ginger bread. Where there's an elderly spinstress spinning yarns. about

The first really collaberative album, recorded all over the place. First at BLD in Columbus, Ohio, with sessions done place to place all over Columbus, OH and Los Angeles, CA.

My good buddy Ryan Shaffer really wanted to produce a record for me, and did a bang up job.

about

Marvin The Robot Columbus, Ohio

Marvin The Robot has been a part of the Midwest indie music scene since 1999, crafting tunes and records with an eclectic, yet accessible approach.

The band's wit and lo-fi aesthetics transform the clanky guitars and raw energy into true indie gems, as the honest and essential approach bring Marvin The Robot close to some of their colleagues such as
Broken Social Scene, Sonic Youth or Sebadoh.
